Ceramides are a very risky ingredient for combination skin, prone to pore clogging. And yet, this cream is a treasure. When I struggled with dryness and irritation in the winter, especially around the eyes and nose, this little cream saved me. It beautifully soothed irritation and sealed in the moisture of lighter creams, although I applied it very carefully, using a thin layer and quite infrequently to avoid clogging my pores. The cream is like a bandage and has become a permanent fixture in my makeup bag. It lasts a long time, spreads and absorbs very well.
