Good toner! good price, I'm taking off a star because I usually hope for not completely watery and this is quite watery, meaning it would just be absorbed on a tampon, I recommend putting it on your palms and then on your skin. The skin feels good after it, it doesn't pull, great preparation for the next steps in the routine, I recommend it!
